Order Processing Time

  • Orders received by 12:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will begin processing that same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM PST or on Weekends and Holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Production All products are custom made and can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to produce.

Returns

B1selfshop.com and Global Village Concerns are dedicated to providing you with total Customer Satisfaction and quality products.  Your purchase is helping fund critical student programs and we're committed to helping schools continue to provide extra-curricular opportunities for our students.  If for some reason, you are not happy with the product, you may return it within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund given the item is still in new condition and has not been used or washed.  The refund will be issued once the product is received by the Returns Department.  Since all sales are part of a major fundraiser for your organization, any and all returned products will not be credited to your school.

To return a product, please ship back items to the Returns Department within 45 days of original purchase.  Please make sure to include the original packing slip with the return

Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different size, please return items to our Returns Department with original packing slip and include the size that you wish to exchange the product for. Please remember, this is a fundraiser for your school and if possible, re-gift the received product and reorder in the desired size. There may be incremental charges associated if ordering 2XL or 3XL sizes and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return products.
