If you have chosen the wrong size, we encourage you to consider gifting that product to a family member, friend or classmate and re-order the correct size for yourself. We make this suggestion, as this program is an important fundraiser for your school. Please keep in mind that your school will not receive fundraising dollars on returned items. Should you wish to return the item, Global Village Concerns, Inc. offers a 30-day money back guarantee on most of our products. The Promotional Packs, items that are personalized and other school directed uploads are not subject to this policy and therefore are neither exchangeable nor refundable. If a product does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team for instructions on how to return or exchange the item(s) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday at 1-888-501-1577 or via email at customerservice@b1selfshop.com.
