Returns & Replacements
- B1selfshop.com and Global Village Concerns are dedicated to providing you with total customer satisfaction and quality products. Your purchase is helping fund critical student programs and we're committed to helping schools continue to provide extra-curricular opportunities for the students. We gladly accept returns within 45 days of purchase given the item is still in new condition and has not been used or washed. Refunds will be given on items only and excludes shipping or any other charges. Customer returns for items received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned items less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us. The refund will be issued once the product is received by our Returns Department. Since all sales are part of a major fundraiser for a school or organization, any and all returned products will not be credited towards their fundraiser.

With respect to items sold by B1selfShop.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mis-priced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:
- 1. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
- 2. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:

- All orders will have a corresponding email confirmation with the details of your order. The email will include the billing and shipping address, list of purchased products, and total. To return a damaged or incorrect product, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@b1selfshop.com for the return label. That return label will be sent electronically and must be printed out and posted on the box.
